Well if you're willing to wait for the next release of OS X (jaguar) it 
will be an admin tool in the users preference pane.  It will be out 
later this summer (as OS X 10.2 probably..or 10.5).

That is, unless they remove it from what they already have in the betas 
for some reason.

And no, I didn't sign a nondisclosure agreement :o)
