> Any comment from other Pismo owners? I bought my Pismo/500 when they first came out, and I've had no problems at all (except the key-impressions on the screen). The only bad thing is, she's missing three of her rubber feet. I use my PowerBook everyday. She's on for 10 hours a day, survives a ride to and from work in the basket on the front of my bicycle, and is pretty much continuously streaming audio during the day.
All I did was add ram (384 total), and replace the disk drive. I can't say enough good things about the IBM 40GN harddrives. I got me one of the 30 GB versions, and it so nice and quiet, it makes using my laptop on a quiet day possible. =- Tim [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
