Earthlink (my DSL provider) provides the 20 hours local dialup, if you can find a local number. Where that's not an option, their 800 number has been $0.08/min (just went to $0.10), which for my infrequent travel is quite a reasonable solution. It's just included with my monthly bill and couldn't be easier to use.
