I had previously seen a Quicktime movie on this by Christopher Breen of
Macworld. I looked this up for you. Here's the link on how to create this CD.

Hope this helps.

How do I make a bootable CD?

I would like to put OS9 and a few disk repair tools on a CD. However,
if I just drag the system over I can't boot from it. The start-up
disk control panel will not even let me select the CD.
