Don't think so. OS X wants to either have a printer connected directly via USB or over an Ethernet network, either with the actual printer driver (i.e. printer description file if PostScript) or perhaps via LPR. Often you can add an old LaserWriter on an Ethernet network with a LocalTalk-to-Ethernet adapter. Not sure the LW300 would work here, since it doesn't use LocalTalk. However the greater issue is that the LW300 isn't PostScript, and a raster LW300 driver (the only kind of driver for the LW300) doesn't exist for OS X. OS X has printer description files for many old serial LaserWriters even though they can't connect directly to most OS X Macs.
