I am buying a powerbook wallstreet 300mhz, 8/192, and want to partition the
hard drive so that I can run OS 9.1, some version of X, and an emergency
boot version of 9.1. I am using 9.1 because I am told it is not plagued by
the sleep of death problem with wallstreets and would like to know how much
space a typical install of it takes up so I can figure out a good size to
make the emergency partition? This will contain just OS 9.1 and sufficient
room should I ever need to install a disk utility(ies) on it. When
partitioning, how much space should be given to OS X should I ever install
that too?
All help is appriciated!
