You are right about Norton, I had Norton Systemworks installed on my Pismo under 9.2 and it crashed my computer all the time and at one point I had to reformat my hard drive lost hours of time and loads of data...It was worse than catching a virus. Since uninstalling it my Pismo has not had a problem and has been running smoothly.
