The application has never lost data for me, not in eight years of on-again, off-again use. Even if another application seizes up the whole Mac, I've never lost data. When I use Entourage, I feel obligated to back up the User Data folder three times a week. Nothing bad has happened yet, but because of the way the application stores the database and its integration with other Microsoft applications, it's only a matter of time. -- If you can read this, you've gone too far.
