I use an Epson 2000P and the dyes will last 50 to 100 years, which I don't consider temporary. The prints I get from the 2000P are as good as any photograph you can get and better than any Laser Printer I have seen. I do use a color Laser Printer for things ling Play Bills and other color items like that, but the 2000P Inkjet does a much better job on photographs.
