Usually, you should have 2: the regular, 100 Mbits wired Ethernet and the wireless one. Usually, wireless is defined as 'en1'. Or, you can use Apple System Profiler maybe, but I think that this will show you the active interface, so if the AirPort card is not active for some reason, you won't see it, so I suggest you try Network Utility first. You can use any version of AirPort Base Station.
