I'm experiencing the same on a Blue and White G3, when I do a hard restart and zap the pram it recognizes the disk with no problem, but a standard startup or restart gets the folder icon. If anyone has the solution, I'd appreciate your response to the list as well as to JWT, or JWT, once you get back up and running, please share.
