Hello I am new to the list. I just took over my daughters graphite iBook SE (G3 366 6gb). I would like to use it to mess around with yellow dog linux. Question: I have seen these HD upgrades being offered by MCE http://store.powerbook1.com/ibhardrivup.html. You have to send the unit in. Anyone have any experience with or opinion on this company and the service?
I am a little leery of sending the unit in to them. They seem to indicate it is impossible to perform this upgrade yourself. Thanks for any and all info.
