I too have recently sworn off OWC due to a recent (beyond) shoddy customer service experience that took more than 5 months to resolve a problem and have taken my recent purchases (120GB firewire HD, Toast Titanium, Dazzle DV bridge, USB CD-RW, etc) elsewhere. <snip> I tried over the past three days to place a phone order with OWC, and after staying on hold for probably a total of 2 hours, finally gave up.
