I got a BUSlink USB 2.0 4-port card from the open box table at Best Buy.
Around $50 about six months ago, IIRC. The nice thing is it has four real
ports, so no dongle required. The bad thing is my Sony CyberShot isn't
recognized in OS9, although the card icon shows up on the desktop. OS X is
fine, the WS recognizes everything and fires up iPhoto when I plug in the
camera.
"Fires up" is relative, since I'm using a 233mhz machine.
