I think if you allow it to discharge a bit - to about 94% I seem to 
remember - and then charge again the battery will come back to 100%.

I tend to let it run down to the red sleep warning occasionally and 
then fully charge the battery.

I also turn the screen brightness down and this allows a longer life 
when mobile.
