I got mine from buymicro.com, but they're a pretty common thing.  The 
Madsonline one is nice too, smaller than the BTI one.  The BTI happened 
to be convenient for me to get at the time.  I would recommend it, the 
size isn't bad and it seems pretty rugged so far.
