All repairs under Applecare or the $300-a-shot fix-all deal are sent Airborne. They are processed ASAP and sent back. I sent my son's iBook in on Wednesday at noon and had it back Friday around 10 am. Of course, I'm just a state away, but that really doesn't matter.
