hmmm.. This leads me to wonder, or muse. Of course that's OT, but.... Is the purpose of the jury to do their own work, or to serve the country by hearing (and PAYING ATTENTION TO) the plaintiff, defendant, and His Honor? Of course I can understand having ones computer available for the obligatory "cancer break", but if I were in the hot seat, I'd sure as heck hope to have a jury who was willing to pay attention to my story and give me their full attention!!
