Try earthlcd.com, they seen to carry every type of LCD panel. If you give 
them a call they should be able to spec the correct display for you.
THe issue then becomes one of installation. It's a user replaceable part 
if you are handy. You basically have to remove the panel and split the 
lid to swap it. I don't know how much someone would charge for it.
