I received the shipping box for the Pismo from Apple this past Tuesday pm...it was picked up on Wed at 3:30 pm...in the middle of a snow/ice storm...left Pittsburgh PA for Houston Tx that nite and was signed for at the repair station at 9:30 Thurs am... The Motherboard/power unit was replaced and I got it back at about 2:30 pm yesterday (Fri)...There was no need to transfer data so the $50 hold on my credit card was released...It seems to be working fine now...Had hoped they might have to put a 500mhz board in to replace the 400...no such luck!!! I did fill in and return the shipping check list Justin. Total elapsed time from pick up to return to my sweaty fingers...about 47 hrs...Not too shabby!!! Regards, Mike K
