I used the Airport drivers when I used a Lucent card on my 2400c (with 
G3 upgrade). I used Tomeviewer to extract the files and installed them 
onto the 2400c. When I popped the card in, it showed up as "Airport PC 
Card" on the desktop. This was under MacOS 9.1.
