What surprises me is that people aren't talking about the fact that the 
new G4 PB's now take DDR SDRAM,
which I assume uses the same system architecture that the MDD's use 
(that is, unless a miracle occurred and
Motorola delivered the 7457-RM a year early. :)

When I saw the specs for the 17" PB, I thought to myself, 
"Mmmm...portable Xserve!"

And one little question: will Macs using old Airport cards be able to 
connect to Airport Extreme networks? I thought I read somewhere that
802.11g was backwards compatible with 802.11b, but I don't remember.
