Re; my new 800 powerbook includes a hardware diognostic disc,and I also agree disk warrior is almost a necessity.mac janitor(much needed)in a powerbook downloads from the apple site. In my opinion,OSX is a bit of a pain the way its controls are different,however its nothing compared to earlier aggrivation of haveing to restart machine when there was a problem,I could gripe but I wont because its such an improvement over before,overall,I love it, hope this helps
