You should check your Apple System Profiler log section and see whether you experienced "kernel panics". I had the same problem (no wake from sleep) and it was associated with a kernel panic. I have a feeling that this upgrade may prove to be a bit too problematic for a number of users (since more and more reports of kernel panics are percolating throughout the web forums as time progresses and people apply the update) and require a 10.2.5 before March is over!
