The adapter should last for quite a while. That is, if they are built
properly. The battery should last between 2-3 hours, depending on your use
and energy conservation strategy. 30 minutes is well below what you should
get. I'm not sure about the battery. I thought that Li-Ion battery would
almost completely die when their useful life is over...
