As for PayPal - I actually had an issue with the reverse, I shipped someone something once on the swap list and PayPal refunded him because I could not prove that he did not get the item ... I felt taken, I was out the item and the payment.
As for Wegener Media, I know that the owner is on several of the lists at LEM and I have had contact on them with him before, seemed an OK guy but I have not received responses to inquires I have made about items in the past couple months from him, perhaps things have changed.
