No, there were only 2 models. One with a 400mHz G3 and the cache set to run at 166mHz and a 500mHz G3 with the cache set to run at 200mHz.
In most cases, I've found that the 400mHz version is capable of running the cache at 200 and the 500mHz version is capable of running the cache at 250. These changes can be made using Powerlogix Cache Control or other 3rd party software.
