>Speaking of Pismo's (as we have been doing a lot lately), does anyone have a recommendation for a really good modem script to use with the internal modem? We use the "Apple Internal 56k" script in my wife's Pismo, but are not real happy with it - lots of lost connections, refusals to connect, etc. It's not the phone line because my G3 sitting next to the Pismo (or at least close) using the same phone line connects practically perfectly. Recommendations would be most appreciated! Thanks -
Sam< ------------------ Just curious as to the "difference" between the G3 and the Pismo? Are they running the same OS version? On your Pismo, make sure that, in the PPP settings in the control panel/system preference panel, that compression is off and that echoing is off. See if that makes any difference.
