I'm rarely "lucky", but Apple did replace my battery when it held only 
about 50 odd minutes. They took this count on faith but probably tested 
it when they received it.
Give it a try...call them. If you don't get an offer for replacement at 
first, wait a couple of weeks and call them back again.
