I've a Pismo 500mhz running OS9.2. I have a Firewire connected external hard
drive. The powerbook loses its connection with the Firewire external hard
drive when the powerbook goes to sleep. (At least I think this is what is
happening.) And then the OS freezes and I have to reboot.

Is there a fix for this? Do I have to make sure my powerbook never goes to
sleep? Is there an OS patch? A patch for the Firewire connection?

Thanks
