I've got a battery pack too which I use with a car adapter. The car adapter is better for two reasons. It is less cumbersome, one gizmo instead of two. It's also more energy efficient. Converting from 12VDC to 120VAC and then down to 24VDC throws away a fair bit of power. When you are operating off a battery pack it could make a difference. http://store.powerbook1.com/mceacandautp.html Has car adapters on sale for $30 which is the best price I've seen by a long shot. I bought one (before the sale, @%$^%^@) and it works fine. They also have AC adapters for $45 which is a good price too. -- Clark Martin Redwood City, CA, USA Macintosh / Internet Consulting "I'm a designated driver on the Information Super Highway" -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
