I agree with Phil. If you can't stand the heat, get out of their kitchen. Much the same if you were to start degrading myself, a nanny or the listmom in here.
Welcome to private enterprise in a free world. If you don't like playing by the rules of the company (keep in mind, if I walked into a bank and said I wanted to kill someone in the federal government -- and named a name -- I would be carted off to a Federal Pen in days). Just because rules are not in writing doesn't mean that they don't exist and therefore cannot be enforced.
