Hello listers, I'm sorry for the cross-posting but figuring the diverse amount of experience on the two lists I'm sending this to I should get some more accurate information. I was going to purchase a laptop direct from Apple, but I'm sick and tired of putting up with their antics, so now, I'm forgetting about an education discount and just going with a reseller. Problem is, I can't seem to figure out how these guys' contracts with Apple work. They state you can't place an order for new equipment over the Internet with them unless you are a previous customer. So, I can't order over the Internet, which doesn't bother me one bit, but that makes me wonder - a phone order will go fine, right, if I am understanding their wording correctly?
