Just another in a long line of examples of people having problems with sleeping a computer. I don't mean the "ha ha" at you in a malicious way. Just a general "ha ha" at the universe kind of an expression. I have the solution for your problem too. Shut your PowerBook off when it is not in use and turn it on when you want to use it. I have been doing this since my first PowerBook (a 190) and I have never had any problems. I only leave mine to sleep if I am running out of the office for an hour or 2, or if I am on my way to the airport...that way it comes on quicker when I have to go through security. Kyle H.
