The reason most people use the email service they have is because it comes with their ISP. Telling them that a valid solution is to change ISPs, or look for a crappy "free" email address (that usually means accessing through a browser) is not a solution. That's like Microsoft telling a customer that the reason his computer crashes is because he installed software on it, and if he just removes it or switches to the MS version everything will be just fine.
LEMLists.com is niether a change in ISP nor a 'crappy "free" email address' that is accessed 'through a browser'.
Yes we have webmail and yes we are inexpensive but it is not crappy by far. The occasional outage that goes with the territory in not being a multi-millionaire so I can invest in redundant hardware, power, uplink.
The LEMLists.com subscribers in this group alone (I believe there are some here) would tell you I work on things with the customer until it is working again.
