I wouldn't discourage trying, but my Wallstreet battery did not respond to the cooling off period.
Some facts: New Oct 1998, apple original Life had slipped pretty fast in the last year Was pretty well d.e.a.d., very DEAD, b4 trying this No led's flashing or otherwise, b4 or after The book does not recognize the battery is in here, still says I'm on AC
Nice paperweight, or can these be rebuilt?
