here is an old pb that has had its screen flipped so it could be placed in a mountambe box and given a wireless mouse and keybord.....doesnt give much how-to tho....he sais he'll update the page so I included it anyway.......

this is actually a guy that is trying to make an old pb into a picture frame.....But he does give good details that you could use and if you are using a newer model pb than you could use it as a full mounted computer!! unfortunetly his instructions wont help much on a g3 pb...but overall usefull....could do it
ok...thats all I could find...the first one wont help much unless he updates it but the second should help...!!
