There are drivers for plenty of non-PostScript printers. All inkjets, as far as I know, don't have PostScript. Jaguar includes CUPS, Common UNIX Printing System, and it has the capability to generate a raw bitmap that with the proper filters, will drive various bitmap printers. How does your Personal LaserWriter LS connect? Is it SCSI, LocalTalk, Serial or what? It shouldn't be too hard to write a CUPS driver for it, but there's no money in it.
