What wifi card (did you say?) are you are using? If a Lucent/orinoco/agere/etc., those are natively supported by Apple's Airport SW in any PCI-based PowerBook. I've used an orinoco Silver in a WS2/OS9.1 without any problems. Other cards are a different story of course, but with the cost of Lucent/orinoco/agere/etc. cards currently ranging from $25-$40 it would seem hard to justify paying nearly as much again for a driver just to support a different type wifi card.
