I have recently obtained a PCI card and the DVD / CD drive that fits in the expansion bay. It will read CDs fine but I can't get it to play DVDs. I have OS9.2.2 installed. I am using Apple DVD Player 1.3 and Quicktime 6.0.2.

The DVD PC Card icon appears on the desktop as does the DVD movie that is in my drive.

When I open Apple DVD Player it opens but then after a few seconds I get the following message: "The Application "Apple DVD Player" has unexpectedly quit, because an error of type 3 occurred."

I have also loaded DVD Player 1.1 and it does the same thing.

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Thanks
