If the upgrade is superior in all respects. I work on my book in OS9 because Word from Office 2001 offers me flexibility with Dictionary and Thesaurus that Office X does not (don't know how Microsoft dropped the ball with this one). I keep the icon for Word 01 on the desktop and drop the file onto it each time that I wish to write (mostly I just keep it open on the desktop). Thus I have the file in both OS.
