What Laurent said...I've dealt with OWC and Data Memory Systems many times. Just this week a friend came to me with her wallstreet to install new memory that she'd ordered from DMS, and it didn't work. I called them up, talked to a tech for a few minutes, determined that they'd shipped the wrong part number and sent the replacement to my friend with return shipping, all in about 5 minutes time.
I've had similarly good service from OWC.
