Thanks for the update! Can you tell us what drive (and if you know the specs as well, i.e. rpm, size) you replaced? I assume you are running 10.2.6.

Just thought I'd report back after using this drive in my Titanium PB 800 for a couple of months. It is pretty quiet (oddly it momentarily gets quieter as it reads/writes). The whole OS X experience is faster and there seems to have been no change to battery life. I love it. -- With best wishes,
