Original question:

"This may sound like a dumb question, but is my iBook clamshell SE
Firewire 466 mhz, 320 MB, equipped with an airport card, or just the
capability to have one installed? How would I find this out? Should
it say in the System Profiler?"

If the person was the original owner of the iBook, they should know what
they paid for. If not (I have a stack of PowerBooks - 165, 170, 1400,
Wallstreet, Blueberry and am the original owner of none of them) then how
does one find out the answer? Best source of info: personal knowledge.
Pop the lid and take a look.
