Wake up issue with Lombard G3

My wife's Lombard G3 has started having issues waking up from sleep. It 
will wake from sleep when it's plugged into AC, however it refuses to 
wake when it goes to sleep on battery power. I checked the batterys the 
last time this happened and both of them were at 100%. Would this be a 
bad PMU board?
