I'd like to add a comment on this Pismo CD issue. I've noticed that my Pismo CD tends to do this noisy high-speed spinning when I insert a home-burned CD (using RoxioToast). It will eventually show up on the desktop, but it takes a while. Does this mean the drive is going? It's happened for over a year. Any comments on this?
