Got a problem. I sold my Wallstreet, and the guy received it today, but he says that it is having problems with the video. I never had any video problems at all during the time I was using it. The only problems I had were a dead Pram battery which I replaced, and a bad main battery which I also replaced. I was using the machine right up until I shut it down to pack it in the box. I made sure to pack it with plenty of padding, but is it possible that something video-related might have gotten jarred loose during shipping? He says that the screen jumps up and down crazily, and gets alternately light and dark. What should be at the bottom of the screen shows up at the top.
Fortunately, I had it insured, but I'm sure he would much rather have the working machine. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?
Thanks!
