I am running Jaguar but would like to have OS 9 as well to run a few applications. Can I install it alongside X? When I put in the CD and click on install, i get a message that the Classic environment can't be found. Should I start it with the CD? Very confused here.

Robert:

I could be wrong here, but I thought that one must install OS 9 first (before the installation of OS X) and then install OS X. Then Classic should work.

Better wait for more informed listers to confirm this.
