And if Kyle -- a trained professional -- calls it a nightmare, you'd best
believe him. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I had never seen the insides of
one, but my wife needed a bigger hard drive so I took the plunge. The whole
operation took over four hours, and that's not including the trip to the
hardware store midway through to buy a crazy-sized &[EMAIL PROTECTED]($)@ torx driver.
