Requesting your help and advice about what kind of external DVD burner to ask Santa for.
Here is my set-up: G3 Pismo 512 MB OS 10.2.8 10 GB and G4 Quicksilver 640 MB OS 10.2.8 120 MB Combo drive
I would like to be able to do portable DVD/CD burning for data backup and archiving purposes. I would like to avoid hacking/patching files and have iTunes, etc. see and work with this external DVD/CD burner. I was also hoping that it might play well (FW and USB 2) with the darkside in case my PC friends ask me to backup their hard drives.
